As a product design manager, I aim to guide people towards achieving more than what they think they are capable of. I lead by focusing on what is right, not who is right.

As a product & service designer, I aim to drive change using transparency, trust, communication and collaboration within teams, always working with the most measurable outcomes possible.

I am currently based in Montreal (Canada) and work as a Product Design Manager for Monks, a global consultation company solving complex business problems through optimization of process, technology, and culture.
