As a product design manager, Alexandrine aims to guide people towards achieving more than what they think they are capable of. She leads by focusing on what is right, not who is right.

Alexandrine is based in Montreal (Canada) and currently works as a Product Design Manager for Monks, an international consultation company solving complex business problems through optimization of process, technology, and culture.
